Body Restore
Description:

Wind down and nourish the physical body and nervous system. Postures are held for up to 5 minutes to allow for  muscular tension to subside by tapping into the connective tissue.  Improve flexibility and give yourself the opportunity to be in the present moment.

This is for you if:

you want to improve flexibility

you want to increase your range of motion

you want to alleviate soreness

you want a safe space to reflect

Yoga mat

Optional Equipment:

yoga strap

yoga blocks- lots of them

bolster or two

blankets and pillows

candles
