Yoga For Concussion/Head Trauma

Customized Yoga sessions designed to support the recovery of your cognition, somatic and emotional well-being. Expect to gently move at first, and progress into sport specific strength enduring exercises. Re-establish the connection between gentle movement and your breath. For some cases, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, or journaling may be the key to emotional recovery.

This is for you if:

you have hit your head and suspect concussion

your doctor has approved this recovery alongside your current treatment

you want to ease current concussion symptoms

you are feeling anxious and agitated

you want to get back to your sport, hobby or lifestyle feeling great

additional padding for knees

pillows, blankets, eye mask
