Ashleigh Walker is a certified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic practitioner and 200 ERYT Yoga Instructor. She blends functional yoga movement with myofascial release techniques to reduce tension, enhance strength, boost flexibility and up-level her performance.

 

Through her work, Ashleigh aims to aid in recovery, pain management, and the alleviation of daily muscular stress. In addition to her therapeutic practice, she is a competitive International Latin Dancer and the founder of InCasa Yoga, providing in-home and online yoga classes, including personalized yoga therapeutics training.
